A wrecker driver spotted a car stopped near Tidwell around 1-45. That wrecker driver realized the driver of the other car was asleep and called police.
When police arrived, the driver woke up and took off. Police chase him to Tidwell and Sun Forest, where he abandoned the car. He was arrested at an apartment complex after a foot chase.
Police found a hockey mask and stolen goods in his car. Investigators will check that property to see if they're connected to any burglaries in the area.
