SkyEye 13 HD was over the scene, where you could see EMS surrounding a woman in handcuffs. METRO investigators tell us the train was traveling southbound near McGowen and Main when a woman sprayed pepper spray inside the train while arguing with a man.
Three people, including the female suspect, were treated on scene.
No word on what charges that woman could face.
