DNA testing has led to charges being filed against a man accused of raping a woman behind an elementary school.

Police say it happened on October, 11 2011 in a vacant lot behind Pomeroy Elementary School in Pasadena.

Reginald Turon Hill, 27, was already behind bars on an unrelated charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child from November 2011. He now faces a charge of aggravated sexual assault of an adult.

Police say the 18-year-old female victim was attacked and then flagged down a woman immediately after the assault. Investigators say DNA tests taken after the attack were just recently linked to Hill.

No bond has been set in this case.
