Bret Lee Gardner was arrested earlier this month after detectives found him through a peer to peer internet network. They say Gardner admitted offering a variety of videos and pictures showing minors engaging in sexual acts. They also say Gardner told them he had been downloading child porn since he was 13 years old.
Gardner, 22, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of promotion of child pornography.
