A Montgomery County teenager faces arson charges for allegedly setting off a homemade bomb on his neighbor's porch.

It happened in the 9000 block of Oak Hill Drive in Willis. Investigators say Austin Frazier, 17, was mad at another teen in his neighborhood and left the bomb on the teen's doorstep. It didn't cause serious damage to the home, and no one was injured.

Frazier said he learned how to make the bomb by watching YouTube videos.
