Deputies investigate dumped phony cash and drug needles

HOUSTON

The Precinct 4 Constable says his office got a tip about illegal dumping then deputies found about 50 bags of trash along Vick Road near White Oak Drive. The officers opened the bags and found stacks of counterfeit hundred dollar bills, several used needles and drug paraphernalia.

Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth Hayden said, "Some type of narcotics user. There were numerous used syringes that were in there. We're in a residential neighborhood, kids walking up and down this road all the time. A kid could have gotten punctured with one of the needles and got some infectious diseases."

Investigators identified several potential suspects and addresses for possible sources of the dumped trash.
