The body was discovered around 5am Sunday in the 2100 block of Memorial Dr. at Sawyer near Eleanor Tinsley Park.
She was lying at the base of a high-rise parking garage.
According to the Houston Police Department, the woman's purse was found at the top level of the parking garage.
Investigators believe she came off the top of the garage. It is unclear whether she fell, jumped or was pushed.
