Houston police said Monday that Corey Trevon Perry was arrested over the weekend for his role in the Aug. 7 shooting death of Salem Saif Al Mazrouei, a 28-year-old captain in the UAE armed forces.
Another suspect, Detone Lewayne Price, was arrested last week. Court records show no attorney for either man.
Al Mazrouei had come to the U.S. to help care for his ailing father.
Police say he was gunned down after two robbers forced their way into his family's apartment.
Investigators say they found Price and Perry's fingerprints on Al Mazrouei's vehicle, which the robbers used to escape.
