Sketch released in attempted W. Houston sexual assault

HOUSTON Back on May 23 at around 1:45pm, the victim was walking southbound along a bayou behind the Crossland Motel near George Bush Park when she says a man jumped from a brush line and confronted her.

According to Crime Stoppers, the suspect held a knife to the woman's throat and face and began to try to sexually assault her.

The suspect scratched the victim and pulled her at her clothes, but the victim was able to get away and seek help.

Above is a sketch of the suspect. He's described as an African-American male between the ages of 32 and 38, standing between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-7 and weighing around 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-Shirt and black shorts.
