I-10 eastbound lanes reopen after truck wreck

HOUSTON All I-10 East Freeway eastbound lanes were closed at Freeport Boulevard after a jack-knifed big rig and resulting fuel spill around 2:30pm. Officials are advising drivers to take an alternate route. The lanes were reopened around 5:15pm, but travelers in the area may still experience some delays on I-10.

Travelers were urged to use either Highway 225 (LaPorte Freeway) or Wallisville Road as alternate routes.
