Info sought in 1991 cold case murder

HOUSTON

On Sunday, August 31, 1991, at approximately 5am, Gary Broussard was found in the roadway at 3113 Hopper Road. Broussard had crashed his vehicle in the front yard of a residence a few feet from this location. Broussard, 35, had been shot to death.

For many cold cases, there is very little information, so investigators are relying solely on the public's tips.
