She was led in handcuffs from her office at Dallas police headquarters and placed in a car bearing an FBI placard and driven away Wednesday afternoon. No charges have been filed.
The Dallas Morning News reports questions about the program first arose in April when a man entitled to a Crime Stoppers reward went to a bank to claim his money and was told someone else had already collected it.
