Magnolia crews work to repair substandard pipes
Several water pipes have been found to be substandard.
It's going on near Magnolia. The city is going over the infrastructure after taking over for TNG Utilities last year.
They say in some spots, improper piping was used when it was put years ago. Also, it wasn't installed correctly, so they're looking for leaks.
City officials say the leaks could be costly if they aren't found.
