An investigation is underway to determine who set the chair on fire.
Arson suspected in apartment fire in NW Harris Co.
HOUSTON
The fire started inside at utility room at the building on West Little York near York Meadows. Cy-Fair fire department says someone intentionally set a chair on fire inside the room. Crews successfully stopped the flames from spreading to the apartments.
