Reward offered after house burns in Pearland

PEARLAND, TX The fire broke out in the 4000 block of Jasmine Street around 12:30am. Firefighters say heavy smoke and fire was shooting from the attic space and rolling down the front of the single-story home.

The residents inside were woken up by a neighbor and were able to escape with no major injuries.

Investigators say evidence at the scene points toward an intentionally set fire. A complete investigation is underway.
