The state's commission on judicial conduct is coming down on a former state district judge who was caught on camera keying a neighbor's car last year. Judge Woody Denson pleaded guilty to criminal mischief back in April. The state commission gave what it calls a "public warning" to Denson, saying he broke the law and failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary.

In the video, you can see Denson dragging his hand along the back of his neighbor's SUV twice.

Denson was ordered to pay for the damage.
