Bank to help residents of troubled complex

We told you earlier this week that people living at the Angel Ridge Apartments were being forced to move out. The water had been shut off due to a delinquent $28,000 water bill, and some of the buildings weren't up to code.

The apartment manager is accused of taking rent for the "all bills paid" apartments and then not paying the bills.

The city worked out a deal. The lien holder, U.S. Bank, has agreed to pay the bill and bring the apartments up to code.
