Man arrested for road rage killing of 61-year-old man

HOUSTON Police say shortly before 2pm on Saturday, a man drove to the home of James Edward Clacks in the 3800 block of Seabrook. After a brief argument, the suspect pulled out a weapon and shot Clacks and fled. The 61-year-old victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.

After an investigation, police arrested Clyde Eugene Bradford on Thursday. Bradford, 20, is charged with murder.
