The campus was placed on lockdown while Houston police and HISD police searched. Shortly before 3pm, two suspects were arrested off campus and the lockdown was lifted.
School lockdown lifted after suspects arrested
HOUSTON
At about 2:15pm, Houston police responded to a burglary call in the 6400 block of Tarna Lane. A suspect reportedly took off on foot in the direction of Jane Long Middle School. According to HISD officials, a suspect was believed to be on school property.
