Man accused of touching teen at sleepover

KATY, TX On August 4, the 13-year-old victim went to spend the night with a friend at a house in Katy. She fell asleep in a bedroom and was woken up when she reportedly felt someone touch her. According to Crime Stoppers, she jerked away and saw Guevara-Moreno walking out of the bedroom. The girl went home and immediately told her mother.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office launched an extensive investigation and on August 14, Guevara-Moreno was charged with indecency with a child and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Guevara-Moreno is a 46-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has black hair with brown eyes and a light complexion.
