Report: Tiger agrees to $750M divorce settlement

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

Tiger Woods is trying to move forward and perhaps pick up his first title since his sex scandal broke. But that could be hard today, since there is new news about Tiger's blockbuster divorce deal.

Tiger Woods tees off this afternoon for the first round of the AT&T National, which is being held this year at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Delaware County.

Crowds will be deep today, as golf fans from everywhere catch a glimpse of Tiger in action. But just as legions of fans follow him everywhere, so does the drama surrounding his personal life...and today will be no different.

Tiger's working to get back in top form and today he tees off for his sixth tournament of the season. Yesterday, the world's greatest golfer got a good look at the course he faces during the pro-am tournament named for his father, Earl. It all kicked off with a ceremony that included the national anthem sung by Philadelphia's own, Boyz II Men.

Tiger is no longer the official host of this tournament. But proceeds still benefit his foundation along with other charities, including Jon Bon Jovi's Soul Foundation.

Tiger plays today just as new headlines in the British tabloids claim he is agreeing to pay $750-million in a record-setting divorce settlement to his soon to be ex-wife, Elin Nordegren - who is expected to file for divorce within the next week.

Nordegren is also said to get primary custody of the couple's two young children. The newspaper also reports that Woods agrees not to bring any new women into his children's lives, or even near them, unless he has remarried.

In exchange, Elin Nordegren reportedly agrees to never talk about Woods' extramarital affairs or what happened in their marriage.

Tiger tees off at 12:56 this afternoon.
