A witness said two unknown Hispanic male suspects got out of the victim's car. One of the suspects shot the victim and both suspects then fled on foot into the interior of the complex. A second witness told officers three Hispanic male suspects fled the scene in a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo shortly after the shooting.

HOUSTON
It happened around 11pm at the Kingswood Apartments on Mangum near West 34th. Police found the man's body inside the car, which was still running. Police say the driver put the car in reverse and crashed into covered parking while trying to escape the shooter. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
