La Porte ISD warns parents about kidnap attempt
The two College Park Elementary School children were walking home from school on Luella Street when a woman ordered them to get into her car, according to a letter issued by the school district's superintendent, Lloyd Graham.
The children ran home, and the incident was then reported to Deer Park Police Department.
The children described the woman only as being young, with brown hair and blonde bands. She was driving a two-door, olive-green truck.
