Dr. Conrad Murray, who is charged in the death of Michael Jackson, has been ordered to stop prescribing drugs like those blamed in Jackson's death here in Texas. This afternoon the Texas Medical Board restricted the license of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Dr. Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter, accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of propofol and other sedatives in order to help him sleep. The board ruled that Dr. Murray can no longer use, administer, or prescribe propofol or other heavy sedatives to a patient.

However he will be able to prescribe other drugs and continue working as a doctor in Texas. Murray has a practice here in Houston.
