Suspect in Rosenberg double murder indicted

FORT BEND COUNTY, TX Albert Turner was indicted by a Fort Bend grand jury Wednesday on a single count of capital murder. Turner is accused of fatally stabbing his wife, Keitha Frank Turner, and her mother, Mary Jo Frank, at a Rosenberg home on December 27. Keitha Turner's children allegedly witnessed the murders.

According to the Fort Bend District Attorney's Office, both victims' throats were slashed with some sharp object. No decision has been made yet on whether to seek the death penalty but they are considering it.

He is scheduled for arraignment next Monday.
