Police: Man exposed himself to girls at Meyerland Target

HOUSTON Back on February 20 shortly before noon, two girls were in the shoe department of the Meyerland Plaza Target when they say a man approached them and exposed himself. Investigators say the girls left the shoe department, but the man briefly followed them.

Investigators say they captured the alleged exposer on a surveillance camera as he was leaving the store.

The suspect is described only as a black male with a medium complexion. He has short hair and a thin beard. At the time, he was wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes with a navy or black zip-up jacket and a white t-shirt.
