Fisher has filed a civil complaint against Houston lawyer Steven Jay Rozan. Fisher says he wouldn't have hired Rozan if he knew the lawyer was going through disciplinary hearings in Texas at the time, and he is seeking the $275,000 in fees he says he paid.
Efforts to reach Rozan for comment were not successful. Calls to a listing for him in Houston did not go through.
