Business owner's robbery caught on camera

Crime Stoppers and investigators with the LaPorte Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating the three men who robbed a man as he was going to work on Saturday, February 6. According to Crime Stoppers, around 11:10am the victim was walking with a money bag into his business located at 1444 Sens Road in LaPorte. A silver Chevy Tahoe with factory wheels and a sunroof pulled up next to him.

Two black males got out of the Tahoe wearing light colored jackets with hoods covering their faces. They ran up to the victim and grabbed the money bag he was carrying. The victim was able to get a look at the driver because his face was not covered. The victim fought with the suspects over the bag but they were able to get away.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 (TIPS) hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the identification, arrest and/or charging of any of the suspects in this case.
