Man who attacked jogger may have struck before

THE WOODLANDS, TX Montgomery County sheriff's deputies say it's possible the January 28 attempted attack on the jogger on Gosling Road may be linked to the Christmas Eve abduction and assault of a woman in the parking lot of a bar in the 24,000 block of the North Freeway.

Her description led to a sketch of her attacker believed to be a white man with short brown hair in his early 20s. It is similar to the sketch of the man who tried to attack the jogger with a knife.

Investigators aren't sure if they are the same man, but many people who live and work in The Woodlands believe it is.
