Free crafts, free yoga and more for Free Stuff Friday

HOUSTON Free yoga day is Saturday! That means studios all around the US are offering free classes. This is great for beginners or experts. Several yoga studios in the Houston are participating. Head to YogaDayUSA.com to find a free class near you.

Join the Main Street Theater's "Kids on Stage" staff for a free open house this Saturday. Events include arts and crafts, theater games and dance. The party is from 11am to 1pm at 4617 Montrose Boulevard.

There are more free crafts at Lowe's with their Build and Grow Clinic. This Saturday at 10am, kids can build a wooden tic tac toe board. Also, Saturday at Michael's craft stores, kids can make a yarn-covered bracelet and pencil toppers from 1-3pm.

Starbucks wants to say "thanks" for drinking their coffee with their new and improved registered rewards cards. By simply registering any Starbucks card online, you'll get a free coffee on your birthday plus two free hours of Wi-Fi everyday! If you continue to use your card, you'll earn more free coffee.

It's free breakfast at Chick-fil-A next week at three participating Chick-fil-As. The Meyerland Chick-fil-A will be giving away free biscuits Monday, January 25. The Chick-fil-A Tomball is giving away free chicken biscuits on Thursday, January 28 and on the same day the Fall Creek Chick-fil-A in Humble is giving away a free yogurt parfait. Breakfast hours at all three locations are from 6:00am to 10:30am.

Here's a fun Facebook freebie for the kiddos. Through the month of February, if you become a Facebook fan of Bounce U of Houston, you'll get a free "bounce!" There are two Houston locations.
