Suspected peeping tom eludes capture

HOUSTON A family in the Champions Forest neighborhood used a web cam to capture images of the man on their property. Deputies believe it's Michael Miles. They say he has a history of exposing himself.

Eyewitness News learned that on Wednesday morning the landlord at an apartment complex on Champions Drive at FM 1960 found Miles sleeping in a storage room. The landlord tried to hold Miles at gunpoint, but he got away.

The District Attorney's office is now pursuing burglary charges against Miles.
