West U. considers new ban

WEST UNIVERSITY, TX West U. was the first city in Texas to ban all cell phone use in its school zones last year. Under the new proposal, drivers would be prohibited from texting and surfing the web. City officials will meet tomorrow to consider the proposed ordinance.
