Traffic violation stop turns into chase

HOUSTON Police say the driver got the minivan stuck on a metal rope on Gold and King in north Houston. That's when all four people inside got out and ran away.

Authorities called in a K-9 unit and arrested three of the four suspects. They are still looking for that fourth person.
