Nine charged in mistaken identity murder

HOUSTON Police are looking for Francisco Lara. They say Lara and eight others attacked Joel Martinez in March off Dashwood in southwest Houston. Investigators say Martinez was wearing colors of a rival gang and was shot.

Police say the victim wasn't affiliated with any gang, and was mistakenly targeted.
