His lawyers are asking for Stanford to be moved because he is now in a cell with up to 10 other inmates which has no air conditioning, and no windows for light or ventilation. They called the conditions 'intolerable.'
Stanford is accused of running a $7 billion investment scheme. A judge ordered him held without bond, saying he is a flight risk.
