Two apartment units damaged in fire

HOUSTON The fire at the complex off Theta and Hartsook was between the first and second floors. Firefighters had to cut into the wall and front patio deck to get to it.

Two units were affected. One has fire damage, while the other has water damage.

No one was injured. The cause could either be an electrical or accidental.
