Deadly accident leads to 2 other wrecks

HOUSTON The initial accident happened at around 3am on the Katy Freeway at Silber. The woman lost control, causing the Explorer to swerve into the HOV lanes. Then the Explorer smashed into a concrete wall, killing the driver.

Another driver was distracted by what happened, and wasn't paying attention to the cars around him. He ended up hitting another car and flipping his SUV. And when the driver behind him slammed on his brakes, an 18-wheeler rear-ended that vehicle.
