According to sheriff's deputies, yesterday afternoon, two men were fighting on Anice near Plum Meadow when one of the men shot the other in the head. The shooting suspect then got into a blue Cadillac.

As the suspect sped away, he crashed into another driver, Oscar Evans, who was in a red SUV. Evans says the man in the Cadillac drove off before he realized what happened.

"It's a scary feeling," said Evans. "I'm glad I didn't have any confrontation with him, 'cause I might have been a victim, too."

The identities of the shooting suspect and the shooting victim haven't been released.
