TX fugitive unit makes 1,000th sex offender arrest

The unit arrested John Charles Dickerson Tuesday at a the manufacturing facility where he worked. The state parole board issued a warrant for Dickerson's arrest, stating he violated parole for not having his ankle monitoring with him.

Dickerson was on parole for exposing himself to a group of children in Corpus Christi in 1989.
