Foreign exchange student shot in face

Around 12:15am, three Turkish students were in a Jeep Grand Cherokee on Hiawatha near Redding. Investigators say another vehicle tried to run them off the road. The students tried to get away and that's when someone opened fire on them.

One of the students was shot in the face. He's listed as stable.

No arrests have been made.
