Around 8pm Friday, three people inside a car were heading east on Highway 90 when the driver lost control and the vehicle started spinning. The car sideswiped a pickup truck before two people inside the car were thrown from the vehicle.
One person ended up in the grass, the other person landed on the road. Both were airlifted to the hospital, but are expected to be OK. The people in the truck weren't hurt.
Authorities are investigating but they don't think alcohol was involved in the crash.
