The Coast Guard and Texas Equusearch volunteers found the man believed to be Tony Blocker along the Seawall near 29th Street Friday morning. Authorities say Blocker was swimming with his girlfriend and a child Tuesday when they realized they'd gone out too far. The girlfriend and child managed to swim back to shore, but Blocker never made it.
He was on vacation from Arkansas.
