Man fatally shot outside apartment complex

It happened last night at an apartment complex on Windswept near Unity in southwest Houston. Several witnesses saw the men in the parking lot and then heard the gunfire.

"It's believed the victim may also be a member of a gang but that's not yet confirmed," said Sgt. Robert Torres with the Houston Police Department.

The four men were seen leaving the complex in a red Chevy pickup.
