District officials say the student suspected of selling the tainted brownies was trying to raise money to buy a cell phone. Police arrested the student yesterday. He's been charged with four counts of assault causing bodily injury.

District officials say he'd been selling the brownies since Monday at $4 a pop, and had more than $120 on him when he was arrested. The student still had 24 brownies left. They are being tested for marijuana and other possible drugs.

All of the students who got sick are expected to be OK.
