`Dark Knight' vies for best pic

Other best-picture nominees Monday: "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," "Frost/Nixon," "Milk" and "Slumdog Millionaire."

The nominees for best animated feature are "Bolt," "Kung Fu Panda" and "WALL-E."

Contenders for TV comedy are "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Entourage," "The Office, "30 Rock" and "Weeds." The TV drama nominees are "Boston Legal," "Damages," "Dexter," "Lost" and "Mad Men."

Winners will be announced at a Jan. 24 ceremony in Hollywood.
