Suspect arrested in grocery store murders

Back on October 15, Avelino Diaz, 31, was shot and killed while he waited for his wife outside the Kroger on Highway 6 at Bissonnet. Earlier that same night, Kim Bui, 31,was shot during an apparent carjacking and later died.

The suspect, Terence Andrus, 20, is behind bars at the Harris County jail, charged with murder.
