Teens accused of killing boy

HOUSTON Investigators say the two teens responsible have already confessed and are being held without bail. All three were students at Westfield High School.

A jogger in Magnolia made a gruesome discovery Sunday. Eugene Posana Villaruel, 17, was dead of multiple stab wounds to the chest and back. He'd been dead since early Saturday evening.

"The two suspects in this case picked up the victim with the victim believing that he was going to attend a party in the Montgomery County area with them," explained Lt. Dan Norris with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. "From there, instead of going to a party, of course, they went to this remote location and he was murdered."

Edson Olvera Garza, 18, and Edgar Arturo Sazo, 17, are now in the Montgomery County jail in connection with the murder.

Lt. Norris said, "The motive behind this homicide is believed to be the fact that the victim was dating and seeing (the 14-year-old sister of one of the suspects)."

All of them were students at Westfield High School in the Spring ISD. Villaruel, the victim, was a junior. Garza and Sazo were seniors. Crisis counselors will be on hand as long as needed to help students cope.

We talked to one freshman girl who knew Sazo's younger sister. She told us the student body didn't know much, but that the Sazo girl wasn't at school today.

There is no bond at this point for the two suspects. They remain in the Montgomery County jail.
