A little boy was hit by a car and died while his mother was walking him to school.Around 8am Friday, a six-year-old boy was crossing McCulloch Circle at Hidalgo. The boy and his mother were in the pedestrian crosswalk when, according to a witness, a red Mustang stopped at the stop sign and then drove through the intersection.
