Can't sue God if you don't have his address

LINCOLN, NE Douglas County District Court Judge Marlon Polk has tossed out a suit against the Almighty. Polk ruled the case couldn't go forward, because God wasn't properly notified by court officials due to an unlisted home address.

Nebraska State Senator Ernie Chambers filed the lawsuit last year seeking a permanent injunction against God. Chambers claimed God caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions."

Chambers says he hasn't decided yet if he'll appeal his case against God.
