"Witnesses inthe parking lot say he had been in an argument with some other Hispanic males that fled the scene on foot," said Sgt. Ben Beall with the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The victim was shot during the altercation and died at the scene. The family member who brought the shooter and the gunman disappeared. Police do not know what the argument was over.
